This form is considered the application for an Occupancy Certificate. This certificate shows that a building is safe to be occupied. You need a CO for: all new construction. additions, and alterations that impact exits or fire ratings.
Completed application(s) should be brought to the Brackenridge Borough building along with a check. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.
